Workshop for EUCPT and UNDAC Team Leaders

The Workshop for EUCP and UNDAC Teams’ Team Leaders is taking place from 7- 10 October 2024 in Rome, Italy. It will allow Team Leaders of EUCP and UNDAC Teams to exchange and share experiences, contribute to a greater understanding of the respective mandates and roles aiming and optimise the joint work in field missions. It will also contribute to enhancing transversal competences considered key for successful cooperation in the field, such as intercultural awareness, communication skills and leadership skills. Participants will be able to understand how to tailor and apply the different skills based on the different contexts and settings.
