The main aim of the course is to provide a solid understanding of the newly introduced interoperability assessments which aim to increase interoperability within the public sector, especially for digital public services across borders. The main intended learning outcome is to get a good understanding of the main concepts of the instrument and how to apply them in a real-world scenario, thanks to a practical case. The course is meant to be accessed by different profiles working in the life-cycle of digital public services, from policy design to implementation as well as those studying or generally interested in public sector innovation and digital government.
