This action plan describes in detail the steps of a meeting between a student’s mother and school staff, regarding the concerns of this mother on whether her child should be transferred to a Special Education School or not. The main point of this action plan is to highlight the importance of parent-teacher partnership when it comes to important issues that affect the students, the parents, but also the school (teacher, principal, etc.).
