Ready to start?
As you know, eTwinning – the community for schools in Europe – is an online community working on a safe platform that provides a range of activities from joint projects for schools at national and international level, to collaborative spaces on a variety of themes and professional development opportunities for teachers. Since you are here, you are one of those who participated in projects, met fellow educators and enjoyed collaborative activities and you now wish to embrace the eTwinning school mission at whole school level, so let’s get started!
In this course we explore the benefits of the involvement with eTwinning not only of individual teachers, but of the whole school, where teams of teachers and school leaders work together, and we discuss about how we can make our school an eTwinning one.
Through this module you should:
- Learn about the eTwinning school concept
- Reflect on how you can make your school a model for other schools
- Start setting up a plan for becoming an eTwinning school
Before we start, we would like to highlight the timeline of this course to help you plan your learning and complete the course successfully. 
Live events are optional. They do not count toward passing the course but are a great opportunity to discuss live with the course team!
We highly recommend you keep a learning diary, meaning a collection of notes, observations, thoughts and other relevant materials built‐ up over the duration of this course.
