STEAM has become a significant education strategy worldwide. In the case of Initial Vocational Education and Training, it allows students to work on: Active methodologies and cross-curricular and interdisciplinary areas; collaborative work social sciences; problems close to our students as well as evaluate the whole process and promote knowledge transfer; technology eTwinning projects are a good way to guide our students' learning based on possible challenges, close to the students' reality and connected to their next professional environment.
In this webinar, we will see how we can create eTwinning projects related to solving professional questions and looking for new answers. The idea is to offer learning experiences connected to IVET courses.

Maria Isabel Vila Figueroa is a Vocational Education Teacher in the Community Services speciality and eTwinning ambassador and former mobility coordinator for VET projects. As an enthusiastic and very active eTwinner, she has carried out many projects with VET students and collaborate in teacher training courses, eTwinning Webinars, Learning Events, eTwinning articles and eTwinning groups.
