Course details

The Visa Code Training is an online programme covering the visa process from start to finish. It is composed by an introduction module and six in-depth modules dealing with different steps of visa processing. You might have access to the all modules or a combination of modules depending on your role and needs. This is not a problem, since the modules can be completed independently. We recommend taking this training over the course of a few days for better results and to make sure you have a chance to use your new skills.

Target audience

- Staff working with visa processing in any part of the process;

- Staff working with migration processes adjacent to visas who might benefit from a broad understanding of visa processing;
- Managers and supervisos of staff working with visa processing who have little experience with visas.

Upon completion you will, among other things:
  • Understand what is the Schengen Area and when Schengen regulations apply (Intro);
