This e-learning track provides an overview on the Enterprise Europe Network, the world’s largest support Network for SMEs with international ambitions. 

Through the various modules of this e-learning track, you will learn more about the functioning of the Network, its objectives and services. 

Target audience

This e-learning track is conceived mostly for newcomers to the Enterprise Europe Network: Network advisers who recently started working on the project.

Learning objectives

The main objective of this e-learning track is to show how the Network works as a system. All actors involved (European Commission, EISMEA, Network partners) work closely together to achieve common objectives successfully. 
The different modules on this e-learning track cover a vast array of topics to provide listeners with important information on: the Network services and activities, the Network IT tools, the Network brand and external communication activities, as well as the support role played by EISMEA.
