Course details
This eLearning course aims to present how EIRA© and eGovERA© support Public Administrations in the design of a digital public service (DPS). EIRA© and eGovERA© are two solutions developed by the European Commission based on the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) that provide public policy support to European Public Administrations. One of the main use cases of EIRA© and eGovERA© is the design the solution of a DPS through the comprehensive views (legal, organizational, semantic, and technical), ensuring interoperability challenges are addressed.

Learning objectives
The primary objective is to understand the process for developing the design solution model of a Digital Public Services (DPSs) by using EIRA© and eGovERA©. More concretely, attendees of the course will:
- Learn the steps to build a design model, including how to identify and select the main Solution Building Blocks (SBBs) and how they realise the ABBs of the analysis model with the support of ELIS
- Achieve an in-depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each audience in the design of a DPS
