The Innovative Public Services (IPS) Observatory (working title), analyses the landscape of technology-enabled innovative public services in Europe today, based on an extensive collection of cases. The case collection contains 330 cases of public services that make use of API, IoT, DLT and Blockchain, and AI.

One of the goals of the IPS Observatory, is to ensure wide knowledge sharing.

In this Webinar, Member States will share their experience with using  Artificial Intelligence (NL), and Blockchain (DE) in the public sector. In addition, the DE4EU project will present a pilot for a cross-border public service (SI).

Target audience

The primary target audience is composed of:-           Policy makers (EU, National and local levels) -           Public Services providers-           Innovation Stakeholders

Learning objectives

The learner will acquire  knowledge from use cases of emerging technologies to support Innovative Public Services. During the live course, the learner will also have the possibility to interact with the presenters and ask questions.
