This course, ‘Women leading small businesses’, supports women leading small businesses by exploring the gendered dynamics that shape entrepreneurship today. You will learn about the value and impact of women-led enterprises, understand the barriers created by bias, funding gaps and gendered expectations, and discover networks, programmes and real success stories from across Europe. The course also introduces practical strategies to help you strengthen your business, support gender equality in the workplace, and develop as an entrepreneurial leader.
