Digital technologies are enablers of regulatory innovation. AI being used in scanning the regulatory stock, analysing the submissions in public consultations, and to enable interactions with citizens. When combined with the IoT, its potential becomes enormous. The (re-)use of data in governments and local administrations can lead to formidable breakthroughs to pursue the public interest. This session explores the many ways in which digital technology can take public policy to the next level.
