Hello everyone,
In Slovakia, the end of June marks the end of the school year. Students will get back to school at the beginning of September (September 1 is the public holiday so students sometimes get a few extra days of vacation depending on what day this public holiday falls).
When comparing the length of summer holiday period in European countries, Slovakia with its 2 month long holidays is somewhere in the middle. Do you know which countries enjoy the longest summer holidays? Check this map to find out.
