Ábhar Plé: "An bhfuil Gaeilge agat nó aithne agat ar theanga beag? Roinn a bhfadhbanna speisialta, dúshláin, agus na hiarrachtaí atá á ndéanamh chun í a choimeád beo."

Dia dhaoibh, a chairde!

Mar mic léinn Erasmus ag foghlaim Gaeilge, tá tú ag gabháil ar thuras teanga aisteach. Sa phlé seo, lig dúinn domhan na teangacha beaga a fhiosrú agus conas a chabhraíonn siad le héagsúlacht cultúr. Más ea go labhraíonn tú Gaeilge, go bhfuil tú ag foghlaim í, nó go bhfuil aithne agat ar theanga beag eile, bheadh grá againn cloisteáil faoina bhfeinsmeis agus faoina thaithí.

Gnéithe Speisialta: Tugann gach teanga solas ar leith ar chultúr a léiríonn sí. Cad iad na gnéithe a dhéanann Gaeilge den sórt sin duit a mhealladh? B'fhéidir go bhfuil sé mar sin leagan náisiúnta na Gaeilge, an leagan Gaeilge, nó an béaloidis bog a bíonn bainteach leis an teanga. Roinn cad a dhéanann Gaeilge ar leith leat.

Dúshláin: Is féidir go mbeadh foghlaim nó chaomhnú teanga beag iomaíochtach, ach dúshlánach freisin. Céard na deacrachtaí a bhíonn tú ag éirí as ag foghlaim Gaeilge, nó cén chaoi a mbíonn Gaeilge faoi bhrú sa saol laethúil? Pléigh na deacrachtaí agus conas a ndeachaigh tú i ngleic leo.

Na hiarrachtaí chun í a choimeád beo: Is minic a bhíonn sé de dhícheall ag teangacha beaga leanúint ar aghaidh leo a mbeo gan iad a chaomhnú. An bhfuil tionscnaimh nó tionscadail a bhaineann le Gaeilge nó le teangacha beaga eile cur i láthair agat? Roinn do chuid smaointe ar conas is féidir le daoine, pobail, nó rialtas tacú leis na teangacha seo agus iad a chur chun cinn.

Glan suas do chuid smaointe: Cuireannimid fáilte romhat bheith páirteach go gníomhach sa phlé seo trí do chuid smaointe agus taithí a roinnt. Is féidir leat do chuid tograí a roinnt i mBéarla nó, dóibh siúd atá muiníneach, i nGaeilge. Glac deis le do scileanna teanga a chleachtadh agus an deis a thapú chun úsáid na teanga álainn seo a chur chun cinn. Ceiliúraimid éagsúlacht na teangacha agus na cultúir le chéile.

Táimid ag súil go mór le cloisteáil uaibh, agus le chéile, is féidir linn sásamh a bhaint as uathúlacht na teangacha beaga agus tábhacht na n-oiriúnach a chaomhnú do chéad ghlúin eile. Bí linn!
