Dear community,
On the 21st of February the world celebrates International Mother Language Day. This day was created with the aim to preserve and protect languages and dialects throughout the world. This was originally a Bangladeshi initiative that was approved by UNESCO in 1999.
In honour of this day I would love to learn about what your mother-tongue is. In this discussion topic you can discuss what you love about this language, what your favourite saying is in that language, what you would want to teach others about it and any other intricacies you'd like to share :-)
