Dear students,
I just wanted to drop a quick reminder that it's Student Mental Health Week, which started on February 26th and runs until the 3rd of March. If you are struggling, because, let’s face it, being a student can be overwhelming, let’s take this opportunity to show some extra understanding and support for each other.
Studying can be tough, and it's completely okay to feel overwhelmed at times. Remember, you're not alone, and there are plenty of resources available if you need someone to talk to or if you're seeking help.
Take some time this week to check in with yourself and your friends. Whether it's a simple text, a coffee catch-up, or a study session together, every little bit of connection counts.
Let's prioritize our mental well-being and create a supportive community where everyone feels valued and heard. Together, we've got this!
I have created this discussion topic where I give my best tips for feeling overwhelmed. Feel free to drop yours here, so we can all get some inspiration! Also, comment in which city you are doing your mobility, so I can create a new topic with it, where you can connect with fellow OLS members!
Wishing you all a week filled with positivity, self-care, and lots of kindness. If you need someone to talk to, you can always DM me or any of the OLS community managers.
