This announcement is just a quick reminder that April 18th marks the International Day for Monuments and Sites (Ziua Internațională a Monumentelor şi a Siturilor)! It’s a day dedicated to appreciating and celebrating the incredible cultural heritage around us. From ancient ruins to modern marvels, this day encourages us to explore and learn more about the significant sites that shape our world.There will be tons of events happening nationwide, like guided tours, exhibitions, and even some fun workshops. Romania is a country bursting with history and stunning architecture, from the beautiful Peles Caste (pictured below) to the ancient ruins in the heart of our cities.
