The Individual Mobility Action allows artists and cultural professionals to collaborate with a partner of their choice in another Creative Europe country. This initiative supports cross-border projects focusing on artistic research, creation, skill development, and professional networking.
Eligible applicants can propose a project that aims to explore new creative ideas, produce new artistic work, learn from specialists, or connect with new audiences. Applicants can partner with fellow artists, organizations, or venues in the destination country, and must provide proof of collaboration in their application.
Projects must demonstrate a commitment to creation, learning, and professional growth across borders.
