If you have already started your Erasmus journey in Romania, you probably know there are plenty of student cities to explore. If you are still considering moving to Romania for your mobility, I will give you a list of the best cities to study in.
- Bucharest
As the capital city, Bucharest is the heart of Romania's academic and cultural life. Undoubtedly, there are plenty of things to do around and you will not get bored!
- the academic aspect: Bucharest's universities are renowned for their strong academic programs, particularly in fields like engineering, humanities, and social sciences.
- vibrant nightlife: the city is famous for its bustling nightlife, with countless bars, clubs, and cafes to explore.
- culture: every day you can explore iconic landmarks like the Palace of the Parliament, the Romanian Athenaeum, and numerous museums and art galleries.

- Cluj-Napoca
Often referred to as the heart of Transylvania, Cluj-Napoca is the place to be! The city is home to Babeș-Bolyai University, one of the largest and most prestigious universities in Romania.

- Iași
Iași, in northeastern Romania, is often called the cultural capital of the country. It hosts the oldest university in Romania, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, as well as other important institutions.

- Brașov
Situated in the Carpathian Mountains, Brașov is a picturesque city with a strong academic environment, centered around Transilvania University of Brașov.
