The
European Heritage Days are one of the most widely attended cultural events in all of Europe. Since it is organised jointly by the European Union and
the Council of Europe, they are celebrated in the 50 countries that have signed the European Cultural Convention. Over 70 000 events are organised every year and you
have the opportunity to join these events under the name
"Muinsuskaitsepäevad" in Estonia from 20-22 September. The overall theme of this year's heritage days is "Routes, Networks and Connections" and in Estonia, this has been localized to "Hoiame ühendust" or "Let's Keep in Touch".
