My favourite physical activities are yoga, Pilates, and gym training because they each help me improve my body and mind in different ways. I enjoy yoga for its calming effect and its ability to connect movement with breathing. It helps me relax, reduce stress, and become more flexible, which makes me feel balanced and refreshed.
