Hello everyone! 

Today, December 20th, is International Human Solidarity Day, a day to reflect on the importance of unity in building a better world. 

This day was established by the United Nations to celebrate our global interdependence and promote the Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing that no one should be left behind.

Solidarity is identified in the Millennium Declaration as one of the fundamental values of international relations in the 21st Century, wherein those, who either suffer or benefit least deserve help from those who benefit most. Consequently, in the context of globalization and the challenge of growing inequality, strengthening of international solidarity is indispensable.

This day reminds us that we are stronger when we stand together, working to overcome challenges like poverty, inequality, and injustice.
