Unfortunately there is a bug with certificates at the moment that is connected with the "finish review" button. The technical team is working to fix it. In the meantime, I can suggest some tricks that allowed other users to solve the issue.
First of all, we recommend using Google Chrome with a desktop device (personal computer). A the platform has issues with other browsers (especially Safari and Explorer) and with mobile devices in general.
Secondly, we suggest trying to access the certificate through this procedure:
1. Go to the English Placement Test (you can simply find it in your dashboard): https://academy.europa.eu/local/euacademy/pages/course/assessment-overview.php?title=english-placement-test
2. Click: Start Assessment
3. Scroll down to: Summary of your previous attempts.
4. There you should see your finished exam and if you go to the right, you'll see the word, "Review."
5. Click: Review
6. This will bring you back to your exam results.
7. On the right side of the screen, under "Quiz Navigation," Click: Finish Review
8. You will be taken to your Assessment Results where you can download the pdf certificate on the right side of the page.
If the problem persists, in particular if the "Finish review" button is still blocked, my advice is to take the test again.
