Dear Community,

In this A1-level Hungarian module, we meet Laura and János, two young people looking for a new flatmate. They go through several profiles—Pablo, Sophie, Alexandra, and Lucas—and try to decide who would be the best fit. 

Along the way, you’ll learn how to:

  • Talk about likes and dislikes using "Szeretek…” and "Nem szeretek…”
    (e.g. “Szeretek főzni” / “Nem szeret takarítani”)

  • Discuss hobbies and daily activities

  • Practice speaking by saying missing words out loud

  • Understand short texts and dialogues about real-life situations

  • Make a choice and justify your opinion in simple Hungarian

The module includes:

  • Dialogues with audio and subtitles

  • Interactive tasks: multiple choice, fill-in-the-gap, and speaking practice

  • A final test to check your progress
