We can’t let the clock strike midnight without celebrating a few major events beginning on March 1st, right?
Today is not only the beginning of International Women’s History Month, but did you also know that it’s World Compliment Day? Yes, my delightful language learners, it sure is.
Check out our March 1st posts in the Living Abroad forum to find out why I said to give yourself a hug, and to see how YOU can be our teacher in the Women's History discussion.

St. Patrick's Day - Ireland
National Grammar Day (I'm serious! haha!) - United States
Daylight Savings Time begins (depends on your country)
World Book Day (United Kingdom)
International Day of Forests
Now that's just a very quick list of what to look forward to in March. What do you want to add? How is March special in your home or host country? Tell us all about it in this discussion.
AND IS IT TOO SOON TO SAY:
?
Alright, alright... I'm a few weeks early. But! In the northern hemisphere, the month of March brings with it the first blushes of Springtime, rain, warmth and flowers. It is my favorite season. (shhhh! Don't tell Autumn that. haha!)
Happy exploring, friends. :)
