Search for your city in the "My Erasmus+ Experience" forum. You can also search your host institution's Erasmus+ office for local student groups. The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) has local chapters in most European cities and organises regular meetups.

Can I enrol on more than one course? / Can I change my course level during my mobility period?

Yes, you can enrol on any course you like, regardless of level or language. We recommend you do the final test of your current level first, to make sure you are equipped to do the next level.

Can I retake the OLS placement test?

You can retake the placement test as many times as you need. Note that you can also do the placement test in another language; to find other placement tests, type "placement test" into the search bar.

Do I need to do all the activities to complete a course? / How do I get my course certificate?

You do not need to do all the activities on your course. If you feel confident that you have attained the required language level, you can scroll down to attempt the final test and earn the course certificate.

To contact another learner, click the speech bubble icon on the upper right, and type their name into "Search". You can then add them to your contacts and write direct messages to them.

There is currently no way to unsubscribe from a course. If you wish to unsubscribe, please contact eu-academy-support@ec.europa.eu.

Your results are displayed in your certificate. To download your certificate, go to your dashboard and check on the right under "My achievements".

Check the "My Erasmus+ Experience" forum in this community — many participants share housing tips, city guides, and local recommendations. Useful starting points include your host institution's international office, Erasmus+ student networks (ESN), and platforms such as Uniplaces or HousingAnywhere.

There is a progress bar next to every course module, showing what percentage of the module has been completed. Note that optional activities do not count toward course completion.
