The "My Erasmus+ Experience" forum is the right place for this type of question. Browse existing threads — past participants have shared detailed guides on topics including public transport, opening a bank account, registering with local authorities, and accessing healthcare. If your specific question is not covered, go ahead and post it. The community manager and fellow participants will respond.

I receive too many "forum digest" emails from OLS. How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time from any forum following those steps:

1. Open the email and click on the link to open the forum you wish to unsubscribe from. 

2. Ensure that "subscribe" is greyed out.

I registered by mistake — how do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time in your profile, under "Privacy and policies".


I would like information on which data OLS collects and its data protection policies. Where can I find your privacy statement?

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. You can find all the details on how OLS handles your data in the Data Protection Notice.

Is there an OLS dashboard for beneficiaries to monitor mobility participants?

Beneficiaries do not have any special access to EU Academy. To facilitate onboarding, beneficiaries should encourage mobility participants to access OLS via the Learn a New Language community.
