The name on my certificate has incorrect special characters. What should I do?

The name on the certificate is based on your account name. Please edit the name in your EU Login account and remove the special characters, so that you can quickly obtain a suitable certificate.


The platform is displayed in the wrong language.

Click the language selector (flag icon or language abbreviation such as "EN") in the top right corner of the page and select your preferred language.

You can also update your platform language permanently in your user profile: click your name in the top right corner, toggle "Turn edit mode on" and select your "Platform language".



The result page shows an error or stays blank after completing the test. What should I do?

Try these steps in order:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  2. Switch to an up-to-date version of Chrome or Firefox.
  3. Disable any browser extensions or ad-blockers.
  4. Try in a private/incognito window.
  5. If the problem persists, contact eu-academy-support@ec.europa.eu.

There is an issue with the title of my course - it's not the correct language. Why?

Sometimes the title of the course refers to a language other than the one you want to learn. This is linked to a bug that sometimes affects the course titles. The technical team is working on fixing this.

Look at the URL to verify which course you are on. Even if the title is referring to the wrong language, the content of the course corresponds to the one indicated in the URL.

You are advised to use the interface in English (you can select it in the top-right corner).
