Employee: Yes, one package was missing on the trolley when I sorted the packages.

Manager: That is very worrying, we need to resolve this problem. Do you have any ideas?

Employee: In my opinion, it is the address on the label. There have been some labelling errors over the last few days.

Manager: You should be more careful, make sure that all of the packages are labelled correctly before shipping them. Do you have any idea how to avoid these losses?

Employee: We could do an additional verification before shipping. It would be good to have some handheld scanners.

Manager: Good idea. And for this lost package? What else can we do? Do you have any suggestions?

Employee: I propose that we look for the package and send it to the client as soon as possible.

Manager: Excellent suggestion. Thank you for your help.
