This course intends to provide a practical overview of the
main implementation rules to properly manage an ECHO funded Action. It starts
with a brief presentation of the Certification process and the Model Grant
agreement; it continues with the analysis of specific situations, covering
potentially critical elements faced during implementation: amendments,
suspension, procurement, reporting, remaining supplies and it concludes with a
comprehensive explanation of all information to be provided at final report
stage.
