The blended Training of Trainers (ToT) course is designed with the main purpose of enhancing competences of the UCPM training staff by providing or refreshing relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies needed by UCPM training staff to deliver high-quality training services.
The ToT will focus on key thematic areas, notably: the Code of conduct and Community building; Training design and development; Training delivery, Performance assessment, evaluation and delivering feedback, and Interpersonal and soft skills. Each thematic area is related to specific competences to be developed by participants and specific learning objectives and outcomes.
