This online course introduces Linked Data Event Streams
(LDES), a modern publishing approach for exchanging and aggregating linked data
across systems and organisations. Designed for a non-technical audience, the
course explains how LDES enables continuous data sharing through event streams,
allowing data providers and aggregators to stay synchronised without complex
APIs or full data dumps.
The aim of the course is to provide learners with a clear, practical
understanding of LDES, its core concepts and benefits, and its role in
supporting scalable, cost-effective, and up-to-date data aggregation in the
European data ecosystem.
