Welcome to this EFSA's self-paced training in Risk Communication in Food Safety!
Effective risk communication is essential for building trust, managing public perception, and ensuring informed decision-making. In the food safety sector, it plays a key role in protecting public health and maintaining confidence in regulatory bodies.
This course is designed to introduce you to the key principles of risk communication, particularly within the context of food safety and related legal obligations. It will provide you with practical knowledge and tools to communicate risk effectively and responsibly.
No prior knowledge is required — each module will guide you through the fundamentals step-by-step!
To progress through the course, you must achieve at least 75% in each quiz. Modules will only be unlocked upon achieving this passing grade and the certificate of completion will only be available upon meeting these conditions. Don't worry - you can retake the quiz as many times as necessary to ensure you fully understand each module before progressing.
