Join us in this digital training designed to deepen your understanding of the RIAT platform and unlock its full potential. This training is composed of two courses.
- Course 1: RIAT Essentials, provides information on the key moments, validation workflow, and main actors involved in return and reintegration case processing on RIAT.
- Course 2: RIAT Practical User Guide, provides step-by-step guidance on navigating the platform, its tabs and its tools.
Through the two available courses, we will explore essential features, uncover best practices, and equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the system's main tabs confidently. By the end of this training, you and your organisation will understand how using RIAT makes reintegration support easier and more sustainable for everyone involved in the process.
Methodology: The RIAT Training follows a blended approach. It consists of a digital component and an online or face-to-face session with RIAT trainers. Completing this online Course is compulsory to access the second part of the training with the RIAT team.
Course Duration:
Course 1 - RIAT Essentials: Approx. 45 minutes.
Course 2- RIAT Practical User Guide: Approx. 30 minutes.Language: Course 1 is available in English, French and Italian. Choose your preferred language directly from the EU Academy language settings, in the top-right part of this page.
This course is funded by the European Union, managed by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and implemented by the Return and Reintegration Facility (RRF).
