  • Witamy na szkoleniu z kodeksu wizowego

    On this page you have all the modules of the Visa Code Training you have access to. The training has seven modules in total, but depending on what your role is you might have access only to certain modules or a combination of them. This is not a problem, since the modules are independent and can be done separately.

    The complete course can be done in roughly four hours, but we do not  recommend you do that. Instead, consider spreading out learning along a few days or even a couple of weeks, to make sure you have time to absorb the content and put it into practice. You can always come back to certain modules for reference later - we strongly recommend that.

    The asterisk (*) indicates that the Module has an activity or resource that learners need to complete.

    The course will be available in eleven languages during 2025.


  • Wprowadzenie (10 minut)

    Ten rozdział zawiera przegląd całego szkolenia i kilka kluczowych pojęć dla wszystkich uczestników. Zalecamy wszystkim uczestnikom zapoznanie się z tym modułem.

  • Moduł 1: Przed złożeniem wniosku (45 minut)

    Moduł ten obejmuje kwestie przed złożeniem wniosku, w tym różne rodzaje wiz do strefy Schengen oraz zasady dotyczące tego, kto potrzebuje wizy, a kto jest zwolniony z obowiązku wizowego.

  • Module 2: Lodging of an Application (50 minutes)

    This module tackles the lodging of a visa application, including rules regarding which Member State is responsible for processing the application, how the application should be submitted and what it should contain.

  • Module 5: The Visa Sticker (15 minutes)

    This module will introduce you to the process of issuing and affixing visa stickers. As in previous modules, you will meet a variation of factual texts, videos and exercises.

  • Feedback (5 minutes)

    Poświęć kilka minut na wypełnienie oceny szkolenia. W razie jakichkolwiek trudności z ukończeniem szkolenia, skorzystaj z formularza „Zgłoś problem” w menu po prawej stronie.

  • Certificate

    Congratulations on finishing the course!

    To receive the certificate, make sure you have:

    • completed all the modules available to you;
    • completed the quiz for each module with a passing grade;
    • filled in the course evaluation.
