Introduction
Welcome to the course about Alignment of the National Interoperability Frameworks (NIFs) to the European Interoperability Framework (EIF).
The course is designed to equip national public
administrations with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to align their
national interoperability frameworks (NIFs) with the European Interoperability
Framework (EIF) in order to promote interoperability at national and European
level. It consists of two parts:
- Part 1: Governance and Policy, which consists of two modules: a) Principles of good governance and b) How to develop aligned interoperability policy.
- Part 2: Putting into practice, which contains one module: a) Developing aligned policy, interactive policy builder
In this course you will understand:
- Why alignment is key towards a shared interoperability governance
- How to develop policy aligned to EIF
- Understanding the EIF dashboard dimensions
- Recognising interoperability challenges
- Understanding supporting tools and services
- Using / implementing supporting tools and services
- Preparing national responses for EIF monitoring
Each of the two parts will take you approximately 25 minutes.
