Please, note, that your design has to be in English. Sharing action plans enables you to learn from each other and get inspiration and ideas that you can bring to your classrooms. Please remember to save your action plan in a format that is easily accessible to most users, such as PDF or word.
After you submit your action plan, you will be assigned three plans developed by fellow participants to give feedback on. Again, use the same rubric to guide your feedback.
Give constructive feedback that would encourage the author of the action plan to improve her/his work. When reviewing your peers’ action plan try to address the following questions: What works, what can be improved and what is interesting?

It is really a great pleasure to welcome you in this learning journey and learn together with you for the next five weeks!
Before we start, we would like to highlight the timeline of this course to help you plan your learning and successfully complete the course.
The course is divided in 4 main modules including a final assignment:

How to complete this course- Optional activities. The course offers you optional activities and it is up to you to decide whether to complete them. However, we highly recommend you choose the ones that interest you the most, as this will help you to gain more ideas and successfully complete the final assignment.
- Mandatory activities. Across the modules there are activities that are labelled as mandatory, including the final peer assessment. The peer assessment activity entails creating an action plan and assessing 3 action plans submitted by your peers. Complete all the mandatory activities to receive a certification of course completion. Be mindful of the start dates and deadlines!
Live events are optional. They do not count toward passing the course but are a great opportunity to discuss live with the course team!
We highly recommend you keep a learning diary, meaning a collection of notes, observations, thoughts and other relevant materials built up over the duration of this course.
Behind the course
Course designer – Efi Saltidou
Pedagogical coordinator and designer at European Schoolnet, where she has worked since 2017. She is an instructional designer and course coordinator for European School Education Platform, and she supports the pedagogical and professional development activities in Future Classroom Lab and other projects. Efi was first a classroom teacher, specialising in educational technology and special education.
Supporting expert – Dr Andrew McCoshan
Dr Andrew McCoshan has over 30 years’ experience as a researcher, consultant and evaluator in education and training. He currently works as an independent consultant advising EU and international institutions. He specializes in vocational education and training (VET), skills and labour market transitions and his interest in school-company partnerships dates back to the early 1990s. His track record includes providing expert inputs to the European Commission’s Apprenticeship Support Service and successive VET Working Groups on digitalisation and currently the green transition. Andrew is an Associate of the Further Education and Training Research Centre and a Senior Research Associate with the Educational Disadvantage Centre, at Dublin City University in Ireland. He has also been an Associate Fellow at the University of Warwick Centre for Education and Industry.

This webinar complements the MOOC on school-company partnerships by looking at how you can grow your school-company partnerships from small beginnings. It looks at the range of ways in which you can work with local companies and how you might scale them up over time by examining key elements of successful partnerships, the common obstacles encountered and how to address them.
