Course details

This course focuses on deep energy renovation of historic buildings in Ireland. It will give participants up-to-date insights into the policy context, practical approaches to building assessment, decarbonisation and renovation (including case studies), as well as into benefits and lessons learned from practical cases. Participants will have access to video recordings and presentations. The training was implemented as part of the EU-funded technical support project “Support to the Renovation Wave – Deep energy renovation of historic buildings in Ireland”. Architects, engineers, surveyors, historic building managers, architectural conservation officers, and other stakeholders interested in architectural conservation and energy renovation of historic buildings.
