Target audience
The course is made for public administration officials and civil servants who want to deepen their knowledge and competence acquisition in the field of citizen engagement and seek a tailored path that adapts to their needs and goals.
Objetivos de aprendizagem
The training offers specific learning objectives in each module following a tailored approach to knowledge and competences. As general objectives, after completing the course, you will be able to:
- make the difference between co-creation and deliberative techniques, choose which one fits best your process and eventually, how to combine them
- assess the pros and cons of different recruitment methods and know how to manage participants
- design impactful citizen engagement processes and strategise on the use of their results in policy making
