The training aims to build knowledge of the challenges, barriers and experiences associated with retrofitting multi-unit developments (MUDs) in Ireland. It focuses on initiating the retrofit decision process, understanding the process for a long-term retrofit planning, and the steps to take in order to accelerate MUD retrofitting.
It is structured into four modules: Project Findings, Retrofitting Needs and Future Proofing, Finance Informed Decision Making, and Engagement and Mobilisation.
Participants will have access to video recordings and presentation.
