This short course covers the main functionalities to be performed by Learning Managers while managing the Online Language Support (OLS). In addition to presenting the main platform features, this course will teach you how to grant access to group leaders/accompanying persons, how to assign the “mentor” role as well as manually upload participant data into EU Academy, and also monitor users and performance in the project.

Target audience

Participants from Beneficiary institutions/organisations of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes who will take the role of Learning Managers for the Online Language Support (OLS).

Learning objectives

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Navigate in the EU Academy
  • Give access to users
  • Create and manage cohorts
  • Assign users to cohorts
  • Switch to mentor role
  • Assign course content to learners/groups (as a mentor)
  • Use communication tools (as a mentor)
  • Visualize data on the Learning Manager Dashboard
  • Export simple reports from the Learning Manager Dashboard
