Course details

Digital competence does not solely refer to mastering technology but rather to the way that teachers can use this technology to enhance their professional practice, empower their learners and improve learning outcomes.

In the first course of the course series on Unlocking the Power of Teacher Digital Competence, we delve into real-world case studies to understand how teachers like you can use digital technologies to help you access information to enhance your teaching and learning practices, to effectively communicate with and support students and parents, and to share and learn with colleagues and others beyond the school. We also investigate how digital technologies can enhance your own professional development and how it can support the overall improvement of your school.
