Course details

The Course is a tool created for education professionals to promote in-class vaccine awareness and boost vaccine confidence. Spread across five modules, it provides expert knowledge of the science behind the development and functioning of vaccines. You will gain valuable insights into the rules and safety regulations for vaccine development and authorization at national and EU levels, as well as a better understanding of the scientific rigor behind clinical testing, national vaccination schedules and the benefits of vaccination at different stages of life. Furthermore, the Course promotes vaccine literacy by addressing and providing scientific responses to common myths surrounding vaccination.
This course provides an appropriate level of information and communication tools for education professionals to teach primary and secondary school students about vaccination.
Each module includes a pre-test, educational videos, a post-test, and a student explainer. The modules are independent and can be taken in any order.
