This course, ‘Women's entrepreneurship and startups’, builds on the wider Entrepreneurship4All learning pathways by exploring the unique challenges and opportunities experienced by women in entrepreneurship. It introduces the gendered dynamics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, highlights Europe-wide support networks, and strengthens the personal and professional skills that help women navigate bias and build successful ventures. Through reflective activities, real-world examples, role models and practical tools, this course empowers women to develop their entrepreneurial identity, increase their resilience and connect with wider communities of support.

Objetivos de aprendizaje
- Identify the significance of women’s entrepreneurship and the unique contributions women bring to the entrepreneurial landscape
- Recognise the external factors that shape the gendered entrepreneurial environment, including societal expectations, access to finance, networking patterns and care responsibilities
- Identify European initiatives, networks and support services designed specifically for women entrepreneurs, and evaluate which may suit your needs
- Strengthen self-awareness by reflecting on your strengths, values and aspirations, using tools such as the SOAR framework
- Build self-efficacy by setting SMARTER goals, identifying role models, and seeking mentorship and learning opportunities
