I cannot access my OLS language assessment results.

As explained in the email sent via the previous OLS, we recommended that you download all documentation before midnight 30 June 2022 (date of migration to the new OLS). Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to download your assessment results.

But… no need to worry! OLS language assessments and courses are available on the EU Academy platform, and the good news is that you can now complete the OLS language assessments as many times as you wish in order to keep an eye on your progress. 

To take a language assessment on the new OLS, follow the steps below:

1. Visit OLS on EU Academy by clicking on the link you have received by email.

2. Choose the language community of the language you wish to learn.

3. Click on the language assessment to start your test.

4. Complete your language assessment.

5. Following your assessment, you will find a range of learning materials appropriate to your level, on your new EU Academy dashboard here: https://academy.europa.eu/my
