Help! I was not able to complete my language assessment before the new OLS platform went live, and I was not able to hand it in on time. What do I need to do now?
Dear OLS learner,
As explained in the email sent via the previous OLS site, we recommended that you download all content and documentation or complete any pending assessments or courses before midnight 30 June 2022 (date of migration to the new OLS). Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to retrieve any content you did not finalise and/or download before that cut-off date.
But… no need to worry! OLS language assessments and courses are available in the EU Academy platform, and the good news is that you can now complete an assessment as many times as you wish in order to keep an eye on your progress.
To take a language assessment on the new OLS, follow the steps below:
Visit OLS on EU Academy by clicking on the link you have received by email.
Choose the language community of the language you wish to learn.
Click on the language assessment to start your test.
Complete your language assessment.
Following your assessment, you will find a range of learning materials appropriate to your level, on your new EU Academy dashboard here: https://academy.europa.eu/my
