Summer CEmp is back in 2023!

Summer CEmp is an event where students from higher education institutions in the European Union can participate. It will take place from August 30th to September 2nd, 2023 in Ponte da Barca, Portugal.
During the four-day program, participants will have the opportunity to engage in dialogues with important figures in politics, journalism, entrepreneurship, academia, sports, and the arts. They will also take part in practical activities that utilize the resources of the group and the local community.
How can I register?
To participate, students must fill out an application form and submit a video or letter expressing their motivation to join the event. The application deadline is March 31, 2023. Up to 40 students will be selected based on their profile, motivation, and contribution to the diversity of the group.
Who can participate?
Summer CEmp is open to all students who attend a higher education institution in the European Union and are up to 30 years old. The European Commission seeks to promote diversity and equal access to the event.
Is there a cost to participate in the event?
The costs associated with participation, including accommodation, transportation, and meals, will be covered by the Representation of the European Commission in Portugal and collaborating entities. If needed, the organization may provide co-financing for transportation expenses.
The program will mainly be conducted in Portuguese, but some sessions may be held in other languages, such as English, without interpretation. For more information, you can check out the regulations and application form on their website, as well as brochures from previous editions of the event.
