My English Course B2 has an issue that makes me cry

I have been facing a problem for the past month that I have not been able to resolve. The problem revolves around my desire to obtain a certificate from the OLS course. Despite having completed all the necessary tasks, I have encountered a persistent issue where certain tasks prompt me to pursue further action that I did 100%.

Additionally, some tasks reset automatically and at times, new tasks are added and it's leading to significant confusion and frustration. To resolve this issue, I attempted to retake the placement test and hoping to identify any technical complications that may have caused the problem. Although I received a C1 level certification, which corresponds to my current skill level, I remain uncertain about the test-taking process since I was unable to determine the root cause of the initial issue. But the certification is not an official one but simply a recommendation for potential courses that I could take within the OLS program. All in all, my ultimate goal is to receive my certificate. The thought of all the hours I have spent on this course going to waste is deeply upsetting to me.

I am ambitious as if there is no tomorrow and I will get this certificate for whatever happens:DD

I completely understand your frustration and appreciate that you’ve tried to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, the problem is a bit complex and our technical team has been working to resolve this ongoing issue. I'm sorry that it's taking a bit more time than we would like. :/

Since you have a C1 level, you may be interested to know that this platform offers higher-level courses on a variety of subjects. You can find more info by scrolling to the top of the page to the yellow bar and clicking "Explore by topic."




As for the certificate, what you've seen on OLS is the official certificate that our platform offers. We’ve had reports from our other community members that universities and other mobility programs have accepted this official OLS certificate. Are you concerned that your certificate will not be accepted?
