Dear learners,
What a happy day it is - it's Europe Day!
Today we celebrate our diversity, resilience and sense of belonging in Europe. We should also take a moment to highlight the opportunities that have been created for young people and volunteers such as Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps. Even though the EU has created these programs, we also have to celebrate the exchange students and volunteers who are building a better future through their bravery, open-mindedness and dedication to a common cause. If there ever was a day to think about your contribution to the EU, then today is it!
You can find many fun events like concerts and speeches taking place today in various places around the country. I hope you all enjoy the festivities and teach someone something new about the EU, or maybe you'll learn something you didn't know before yourself!
