Dear EU Academy Support Team,

I understand that the new OLS platform has been online for a few days so the content and modules may present bugs and may undergo upgrades and design changes.

I would like to ask if in the near future the new OLS platform will provide English courses and modules for levels C1 and C2 (as in the past OLS). Also, will it be possible to take advantage of OLS live coaching? (the previous OLS, in addition to forums and magazine articles chosen to acquire language skills, had the so-called live coaching sessions with tutors, interactive MOOCs, and it was possible to access video recordings of previous MOOCs).

Dear Francesco,

Welcome to the new OLS platform and thank you for your understanding during this time of transition. Your questions are great as well, so let's dive right into them!

At this point, there are no plans to have  C1 and C2 level courses; but there are other non language-learning courses that are taught in C1 or above level English. Feel free to explore and join all of the myriad of courses offered on this platform.  You may do so by clicking the search symbol above. From there, a dropdown menu will show a vast number of subjects you can study. Additionally, you can sort your search by level (from novice to expert). This is another great way to enjoy all that the new OLS platform has to offer.  

We will also have live chat sessions, videos, and other interactive elements to ensure that we have a very dynamic and enjoyable learning platform.

Please stay tuned for updates by checking the English learning platform's Curriculum tab and also our "Announcements" link. The Announcements page will have all of our upcoming events and new features.
