In order to receive my final grant payment, I have to take a final french test assessment. My Erasmus finished in July so I have to take it before the end of this month. How can I take the final test assessment, and how do I let my university know that I took it in order for them to issue the grant?
You can find the test in the homepage of the French Learning Community, it's the one called "French Placement test" put in spotlight. Here is the direct link for your convenience.
2. Click: Start Assessment
3. Scroll down to "Summary of your previous attempts"
4. There you should see your finished exam and if you go to the right, you'll see the word "Review."
5. Click "Review"
6. This will bring you back to your exam results.
7. On the right side of the screen, under "Quiz Navigation," Click "Finish Review"
8. You will be taken to your Assessment Results
I have completed my level test in French, but I dont know what should I do in order to see the results on my dashboard (B2 level only shows if I click on do the level test again)
I do not understand this new platform quite well..
Thank you in advance
Mónica

2. Click: Start Assessment
3. Scroll down to: Summary of your previous attempts.
4. There you should see your finished exam and if you go to the right, you'll see the word, "Review."
5. Click: Review
6. This will bring you back to your exam results.
7. On the right side of the screen, under "Quiz Navigation," Click: Finish Review
8. You will be taken to your Assessment Results.
You're invited to take a screenshot of this page so that you have a record of your results.
Please don't hesitate to ask for any other info you may need. We know that the platform is new and learners need some time for getting used to it, so we're here for helping you!
Before the old platform went down, I received an email from OLS stating that I had until the 30 of June to do my final assessment. I missed this deadline. My mobility did not finish in June though, as it ends on the 29th of July 2022.
Usually, the invitation for the test should arrive on the 15th of the month I'm finishing my mobility.
I had previously read that I could change the date of my mobility in the OLS platform to postpone the invitation, although I could not find how to do it and now my University thinks I did not submit the test and hence I am not eligible for the grant.
How can I solve this?
Dear Chiara,
within the new OLS, you won't need an invitation for the test because you can take it anytime and as many time you need. So you can take the test now and provide your university with the result achieved.
